In honor of its 10-year anniversary, the rhythmic gymnastics club “Victoria”, Sofia, organized an international tournament “VIKTORIA CUP” and a master class with the Olympic champion Linoy Ashram.
More than 400 children from 33 clubs from 7 countries, from all age groups and categories, participated in the fight for honors.
“Victoria Cup” was won by Yvonne Boschkilova from “Levski”, “Miss Tournament” became another representative of “Levski” – Danaya Atanasova. The “Miss Judge” prize went to Kalina Sekulova, and the “Miss Coach” award went to Miroslava Bataklieva from “Levski-Triaditsa”. The chief judge of the competition was Rosina Atanasova, the general secretary of the BFHG.
On the occasion of 10 years of SKHG “VICTORIA”, coaches and figures who helped in the development of the club were awarded, among them were Kristina Rangelova, Zornitsa Marinova, Elizabeth Koleva
Kalina Sekulova, Angelina Angelova, Tanya Raykova, Mirela Georgieva and Svetoslav Nikolov.
The main engine for the progress of the club is the world champion and president of the club – Yordanka Georgieva.
For the first time in Bulgaria, Olympic champion Linoy Ashram held a master class.
Linoy arrived for the closing ceremony and awarded all presented in the “Elite” category. The champion from Tokyo 2020 held two master classes in which over 200 children and 25 coaches took part. The Ashram emphasized mastery with an instrument and was able to demonstrate complex and new elements to the children, who performed with great enthusiasm.
Everyone defined the masterclass with Linoy Ashram as a unique experience that has provided valuable experience for all children and coaches.
