After his pre-election interview with Tsvetanka Rizova yesterday, the candidate for mayor of Sofia, Vasil Terziev, nominated by PP, DB and Save Sofia, walked among the journalists’ workplaces in the BTV newsroom, reports Epicenter.bg.
According to eyewitnesses, Terziev and his publicist Georgi Kurtev looked around the reporters and operators of BTV, looking for approving glances and friendly conversations.
The meeting between Vasil Terziev and his PR team, which also included Svetlio Ivanov, Kanna Racheva and the head of news Veselina Petrakieva, lasted more than 10 minutes in front of the entire BTV news team.
Interim leadership of the bTV newsroom, taken over by Ralf Bartolait, who after the departure of Anton Hekimyan stated: “bTV Media Group” will implement a number of measures during the upcoming election season in order to protect its name and reputation as one of the most objective and reliable media , as well as to guarantee transparent coverage”.
Was everything within the rules or just looking for a scandal?
