On September 30 /Saturday/ the Municipality of Stara Zagora and the Bulgarian brand TexCycle, which specializes in the collection, sorting, distribution and recycling of used clothes, shoes and other textile products, are organizing a discussion and art workshops on the topics related to extending the life of textiles and its recycling. The event will be held on the square in front of the Municipality starting at 11:00 a.m. and will last until 3:00 p.m.
Anyone interested will be able to check what their clothes are made of using a special scanner, hand in clothes they no longer need and learn more about how to extend their life and what happens to them after they end up in the clothes bins. The smallest and most curious can join the workshops for creativity with textiles every round hour from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
