The results of the local elections on October 29 in the municipality of Sarnitsa are already known – the current mayor Nebi Bozov is the only candidate to run the youngest municipality in the Pazardzhik region.
Bozov was promoted by the Movement for Rights and Freedoms. The mayors of the two settlements in the Rhodope municipality – the villages of Pobit Kamak and Medeni Polyani – are also known, where the current governors Anton Mekhov and Ismail Chalashkan will once again sit in the mayor’s chairs.
The situation is similar in the town of Vetren, municipality of Septemvri, where the current mayor, Radoslav Lyutakov, will not have a competitor in the race on October 29.
The mayor of the village of Semchinovo, Plamen Temelkov, will also fight with himself.
