Spanish journalist Antonio Lobato made an inappropriate joke with Michael Schumacher during a live broadcast of the Japanese Grand Prix.
At one point one of the guests said: “Let Adrian Newey (Red Bull engineer) shake because Antonio Lobato is coming. And Lobato himself continued: “Let Michael Schumacher shake. Ah, no, he can’t shake it.” Of course, criticism immediately followed, and then Lobato publicly apologized, writes Nova.
The German motorsport legend has been in a coma since December 2013 when he suffered an accident in the French Alps, and for the past 10 years his wife Corinna has given almost no information to the outside world about his condition.
