Mayor Ivan Portnih will file a report to the prosecutor’s office against the approval of a project for the construction of an 8-story building in the Chaika district of Varna.
The site is located in the green area between “Knyaz Boris I” Blvd. and the blocks, before the “Rest” area. Portnich added that the permit for the building was signed in a short time, without complying with legal requirements, by the former chief architect Viktor Buzev. The mayor of Varna stated that this model of redevelopment is being replicated on a large scale throughout the city.
