First, we will start with the list of products needed to make the delicious bread.

flour – about 1 kg eggs – 3 pcs. yogurt – 300 g of yeast – 1 packet of oil – 1 tsp. salt – 1 equal tablespoon sugar – 1 tablespoon water – 1 tsp lukewarm seeds – for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Do not exclude any of the products on the list. Each of them has a key role.
Start by sifting the flour. When you do this, make a well in the middle of it.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, along with the sugar, salt, and 1 spoonful of flour. It is left in a warm place so that it can activate.
In the middle of the well, milk is poured, eggs, oil, and yeast are added. We remind you that you must separate one yolk, which will be used to spread the bread.
Knead a soft dough and let it rise. Shape into a loaf of your choice.
The cake is smeared with the yolk and then sprinkled with the seeds.
