“There is a draft decision for a new military aid package for Ukraine by the leaders of the parliamentary parties that form the government. This will in no way endanger the functioning of the Bulgarian air defense”.
This was stated by the chairman of the Defense Committee and GERB MP Hristo Gadjev, a BGNES reporter reported.
“During the period 2020-2022, there were attempts to repair them by the manufacturer of the Russian Federation, it said that they are not subject to repair,” the deputy from GERB also said.
Ivaylo Mirchev from DB also commented that the initiative for this decision belongs to the National Assembly.
“It is not at all about something coming out of the warehouses of the Bulgarian Army that is useful to us. We are not giving each other S-300, it is about defective missiles that we can never use and there is no option that we can use , as well as a lot of cartridges that are NATO standard from the warehouses of the Ministry of the Interior”, Ivaylo Mirchev also stated.
