For the second year in a row, the company received an award in one of the most contested categories – “Best FMCG Employer” at the Career Show Awards 2023. Among the awards won in this year’s edition of the competition, the retailer received a gold prize and, accordingly, the first place in the categories “Strategy Work and Personal Life Balance” and “Recruiter”, as well as second place in some of the most contested categories such as “Strategy for career development”, ” Employee Recognition Strategy’, ‘Outstanding Team Achievement’ – for Kaufland Business Academy and many more. The placement of Kaufland Bulgaria in the top 3 best employers in the modern trade sector has once again strengthened the company’s expertise in the retail sector and proved that its employer policies are supported by thought and action for its employees.
In addition, this year Kaufland was certified as a Top Employer (“Top Employer”) for the fifth time in a row by the international independent institute Top Employers Institute. In 2023, the company was also awarded as a favorite international employer by the only Bulgarian My Love Marks* user ranking.
