The President of the Bulgarian Tennis Federation (BFT) Stefan Tsvetkov will be the representative of the ITF World Federation in important strategic and regional projects, the BFT announced.
Tsvetkov, who after two successful four-year terms was removed from the Board of Directors during the elections of the Congress of the headquarters in Cancun (Mexico), will perform the new functions at the initiative of the re-elected president for a third term, David Haggerty.
“Thank you to David Haggerty and all colleagues in the tennis family for the eight years of working together. From now on, each in a different role, but together, we will unite world tennis, optimize the main products for the benefit of federations, players, coaches, wheelchair competitors, judges and clubs,” Tsvetkov commented on the BFT website after his meeting with Haggerty.
