The municipal election commission (MEC) in Stara Zagora municipality has registered Zhivko Todorov as a candidate for mayor of the regional city in the upcoming elections for municipal councilors and mayors, scheduled for October 29. This became known from a decision of the OIC published on the commission’s official website.
Zhivko Todorov was born in 1981 in Stara Zagora. In 2009, he was elected as a national representative. Since 2011, he has been mayor of Stara Zagora municipality for three terms.
