Real (Madrid) made serious claims about the refereeing during the city derby of the sixth round of La Liga against Atlético (Madrid), which ended with a 3:1 victory in favor of the “mattresses”.
Coach Carlo Ancelotti and his players did not publicly express their displeasure with the decisions of Alberola Rojas and his colleagues. In contrast, however, the club’s TV channel RMTV sharply criticized the referees in the match. The media has claims for as many as four situations during its commentary on the Madrid derby.
RMTV also expressed suspicions about Rojas’ outfit for the match. From there they highlighted the fact that the referee used the services of the son of the infamous former vice-president of the local referees’ commission, Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira, who was investigated for payments to him by archenemy Barcelona in the past.
