A yellow code for potentially dangerous wind was issued for ten regions of the country by the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH).
The wind will be temporarily strong from the northeast with gusts up to 24 m/s, NIMH reports.
A yellow code has been announced for the regions: Silistra, Dobrich, Shumen, Varna, Sliven, Yambol, Burgas, Haskovo, Kardjali and Smolyan.
During the night over Western Bulgaria, the cloudiness will break. After midnight, low clouds or fog will form in places in Eastern Bulgaria and there will be thunderstorms. A moderate north-northeast wind will blow, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology reported.
The minimum temperatures will be between 14° and 19°, in Sofia – about 15°. Atmospheric pressure is close to the average for the month and will remain unchanged.
Sunny weather will prevail tomorrow. It will blow to moderate, in Eastern Bulgaria – temporarily strong northeast wind. The maximum temperatures will be between 25° and 30°, in Sofia – around 25°.
It will be mostly sunny along the Black Sea coast, in places in the morning there will be low clouds or fog. A moderate to strong north-easterly wind will blow. Maximum temperatures will be 25°-27°. The temperature of the sea water is 24°-25°. The excitement of the sea will be 3-4 points. Sunny weather will prevail in the mountains. A moderate to strong north-easterly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 17°, at 2000 meters – about 11°.
In the coming days, there will be scattered clouds, mostly significant over southern and eastern Bulgaria. It will rain on Wednesday, only in separate places, and on Thursday in more places. The wind will remain from the east-northeast, it will be moderate, temporarily strong along the sea coast. On Thursday, he will lose weight. The minimum temperatures will be between 11° and 16°, and the maximum – between 22° and 27°.
