A Bulgarian citizen was detained at the airport in the city of Nis, Serbia, BGNES reported.
According to the police at the “Constantine the Great” airport, the Bulgarian offered a 100 euro bribe to the border officials so that they would not check his luggage.
The 53-year-old Bulgarian with the initials H.N.G. is under the measure of “detention in custody” for 48 hours.
It will then be handed over to the prosecutor’s office.
