Ludogorets” was challenged and had to make a comeback when visiting “Lokomotiv” (Sofia) in a match of the 10th round in the First League. The champions prevailed 3:1 at “Nadezhda”, despite trailing in the score by 59- ata minute
Diogo Teixeira opened for Lokomotiv in the 12th minute after a very blundered defense by the champions.
It was also the only real goal-scoring opportunity for the home team, who then started to defend. “Ludogorets” had big problems, but after the break they picked up the pace and scored three goals in 17 minutes.
Ruan Seko equalized in the 59th minute when he finished off a quick attacking combination. Just eight minutes later, Claude Gonsalves scored with a header. Caio Vidal set up the final score in the 76th minute.
With the victory, “Ludogorets” collects 16 points and is in fifth place in the standings after eight matches played. Lokomotiv is 12th with 9 points.
