In recent months, Kiev has launched almost daily attacks on Russian cities amid a Ukrainian counteroffensive against Russian forces that began in early June.
Lavrov: The peace plan proposed by Ukraine is absolutely unrealistic
Kursk is about 90 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
“There is slight damage to the roof. Employees from the emergency and rescue services are working on the spot,” Kursk Region Governor Roman Starovoit wrote in Telegram.
Last month, a Ukrainian drone caused significant damage to a train station in Kursk, injuring five people.
