After 17 years, Anton Hekimyan is leaving BTV. This is clear from the announcements of the management of the media. According to the announcement, the news director made the decision to leave the television on his own.
According to unofficial information, Hekimyan is preparing to move to Nova TV.
Anton Hekimyan has been the director of the “News, Current Affairs and Sports” department of BTV since the end of 2020. He built his entire professional career in the media, where he started as an intern in the newsroom in his first year of studies.
Since 2004, he has worked consistently as a reporter leading the Saturday-Sunday morning block of television, and since 2014 he has been leading the show with the greatest popularity and trust among viewers in the morning hours – “This Morning”.
Over the years, he has also hosted many special editions of BTV News, extraordinary and election studios.
