King Price’s Lekkerland Carnival will be presented on Saturday 13 May at the Pretoria Botanical Garden.
Prime Circle, Elandré, Matthew Mole, Irene-Louise van Wyk and Georgetown will provide the day’s entertainment together with Ryno Velvet, Pedro Barbosa and Zaan Sonnekus.
The Lekkerland Carnival is suitable for the whole family. The festival has been presented in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga since 2017, but this year is presented in the city of Jakaranda.

A large stage with excellent sound under the blue, picture-perfect sky, together with a colorful carnival playground where children can have fun, make the Lekkerland Carnival one of the most enjoyable trips you can plan for your family this year.
Ross Learmonth of Prime Circle says the festival looks like any music fan’s dream to him. “The sound equipment towers into the sky like it’s growing out of the ground, there are plenty of bars with no queues, and the music is so unbelievably fantastic that your friend won’t even dare to talk in your ear if you’ve been listening all day just don’t want to listen to music.”
Elandré tells his idea of the Lekkerland Carnival is to “make music with guitar in hand in front of a fiery audience”.

“We are very excited about this year’s Lekkerland Carnival and want to encourage everyone to come and enjoy the day with us.
“It is precisely our wish that friends and family will spend the day carefree with some of South Africa’s best artists, carnival rides, bars and food stalls. There is something for everyone.”
Tickets cost R280 each and are here available, as well as at Usave, Shoprite and Checkers Money Markets. Children under 15 get in for free. A licensed beer tent and a variety of food stalls will be available.
