Young story viewers around the world are crazy about Peppa Pig, the British pink pig in the red dress, her little brother, George, and her parents, Daddy Pig and Mummy Pig.

This beloved animation family is now taking shape on stage in South Africa in a nationwide tour from Gauteng to Cape Town and KwaZulu-Natal.

The stage production titled, Peppa Pig’s Perfect Dayhas already been attracting audiences of both young and old since earlier this week, and it’s especially the toddlers who are raving about this fun production.

Peppa Pig’s friend in the human world, Anna (played by Taylor Salgado), visited Rhewal’s studio with Peppa Pig to tell more about the exciting tour in South Africa.

“I love traveling with Peppa and embarking on a wonderful adventure with her other friends, such as Rebecca Rabbit and Candy Cat,” says Anna.

In Peppa Pig’s Perfect Day Peppa and her friends want to plan the perfect day for Daddy Pig and Mummy Pig, but things keep going horribly wrong. Will Peppa manage to save Daddy Pig’s big surprise? What will happen to Goldie in the aquarium? And does George come all the way back from space?

Peppa Pig’s Perfect Day is on view at Emporers Palace in the Theater of Marcellus until April 10. Peppa and her friends then leave for the Cape Town International Convention Center from 14 to 16 April, after which Peppa will be on the stage at the Suncoast in Durban from 21 to 23 April.
