Pieter Smith’s new tongue-in-cheek hit, “Willemiena van Gezina”, makes its, or rather her, debut on the Rhewal Afrikaans Top-20 this week.
This fun single’s music video already has more than fifty thousand hits on YouTube and will remind fans of Pieter’s hit, “Stukkie van der Merwe”.

New releases:
Esme Fox, who also sings with Steyn de Wet under the banner “Esme en Steyn”, has just launched her brand new single, “Misgeloop”.
This song tells the story of two people who meet each other, share a strong connection and fall in love almost immediately, but due to circumstances never end up together.
The song was co-written by Fox, Johan Vorster and Jacomien de Wet.
Other songs that were introduced include Skemer’s “Lig die dag”, Jandré’s “Dit kom in golwe”, Corrazerwas’ “In jou oë” and Francois Jacobs’ “Tweede jy”.
