Thus says the LORD: “Act justly and honestly, do what is right and good, because I am on my way to save you. Blessed are all who carefully do all these things. And blessed are all who refuse to do wrong.” (Isaiah 56:1-2)
Justice is important because it ensures fairness, equality, consistency and equal opportunities for all. True justice eliminates politics, double standards, inequality and oppression.
Righteousness comes from the heart of God; therefore God blesses people who act righteously. Leaders who insist on justice, fairness and equality in their workplace or organization will experience God’s blessing.
Are you an advocate of justice and fairness?
