Its function is to save electricity.
Translated into practical terms, this device consumes 5 times less electricity than a regular household heater.
And its use is considered very important by experts in the field of energy, especially now that the warnings of a new energy crisis during the winter months have begun.

Trim Tërnava, a connoisseur of the field of energy, has a similar opinion.
But, not only the investment in heat pumps is being seen as a solution.
According to the professor of electrical energy, Vezir Rexhepi, the Government of Kosovo should remove the excise tax for pellets as well.
Kosovo’s electricity needs exceed production capacities, especially during winter.
Kosovo has the capacity to produce about 800 megawatts per hour, while its needs, on winter days, reach up to 1,300 megawatts per hour.
This difference, it usually imports from abroad.
