Public opinion polls: 44.7% of citizens think that the entire KLA is being tried in The Hague
According to the latest measurements of public opinion, made by PIPOS, about who established the Special Court, out of 1,500 respondents, 45.3% of them say that it was established by the EU.
22% of the respondents, as a correct answer, gave that the Special Court is a court established by Kosovo.
Whereas, 20.4% of them say that the Hague Tribunal is a court established by the United Nations Organization, while 12.3% answered with “I don’t know/refuse”.
As for the question “please tell us, in your opinion, who is currently being tried in The Hague”, 44.7% of the respondents answered that the entire KLA is being tried in The Hague.
28.3% of respondents to this question answered that the history of Kosovo is being judged in The Hague.
Whereas, 19.3% said that individuals involved in war crimes are being judged in the Special Court.
And, 4.6% answered with “other” and 3.1% with “I don’t know/refuse”.
