The senior NATO official is coming to Kosovo tomorrow, he will meet President Osmani
A senior delegation of the North Atlantic Council will land in Kosovo on July 7 and visit the KFOR mission and the NATO Advisory and Liaison Team.
The Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Mircea Geoana, will lead the meetings on the ground, NATO announces. Geoana will also meet in Pristina with the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osman, and also the head of the Serbian List, Goran Rakic.
“Ambassadors of the Allies and Partners contributing KFOR troops will meet with the KFOR commander, Major General Ferenc Kajári and the director of the NATO Advisory and Liaison Team in Kosovo, Brigadier General Joachim Hoppe. They will also have an exchange with the heads of missions of the European Union, EULEX, OSCE and UNMIK. The ambassadors will have the opportunity to engage with KFOR troops”, the announcement states, among other things.
