Milevski, Trajanov and Moracanin do not support Kovacevski?
Prime Minister Kovacevski held consultations with small political parties until late at night, but failed to secure their support for the French proposal.
As Press24 learns from sources present at yesterday’s talks that Kovacevski had with the leaders of DOM, LDP and BD, the prime minister asked his small coalition partners to support the proposal, but they declared that in this moment they do not have enough information about what the French solution envisages.
They asked Kovacevski for an official translation of the proposal into Macedonian before making a final decision. At the same time, they asked the Prime Minister to see the bilateral protocol before coming up with a final position.
The meeting ended after midnight without any agreement, that is, with an agreement to agree further after seeing all the documentation.
Sources from the minor parties say that they are not ready to give a white support, especially considering that this proposal is opposed by the vast majority of citizens and the party membership itself and this, as our source says, will have a disastrous effect on ratings and results of future elections.
They say that at this moment one should not react quickly and immediately accept the proposal, because time should not be a factor in this situation.
Minor political parties have already rejected the first version of the French proposal, threatening that if the government accepts it, they will leave the coalition.
